Non-Contact Metrology System

UltraSurf 5X is a high precision 5-Axis non-contact metrology system. All axes are made of the highest quality air bearings and linear motor technology available. A variety of probe options allow for sub-micron single and dual surface scanning of precision optical components. OptiPro's innovative software provides comprehensive contour analysis, coordinate control features and surface texture analysis for roughness and p-v waviness profiles. ASCII data export provides a seamless integration to standard optical fabrication platforms.

The UltraSurf 5X has two different model configurations: The UltraSurf 5X 100, for measuring 100 mm sized optics and the UltraSurf 5X 200, for measuring 200 mm sized optics.

UltraSurf 4X is the 4-axis version of the non-contact measurement system and also comes in the 100 and 200 models. The UltraSurf 4X is almost identical to the 5X, with the only difference being that the 4X has a manual Y-axis stage for alignment, not a computer-controlled Y-axis for measurement.
