In addition, OptiPro designs and produces several unique metrology instruments for measuring spherical, aspheric and freeform optical components. PRO 80 GTS
The PRO 80 GTS (Grinder, Twin-Spindle) is capable of grinding spherical lenses in optimal cycle times with high precision. The PRO 80 GTS is designed with a vibration isolated "rock-solid" granite core to ensure ultimate precision, thermal stability, and consistent part-to-part accuracy. The unique modular concept packs a lot of capability into a compact footprint. Integrated is OptiPro's newly developed powerful CNC graphical user interface making them easy to use for even complex optical components. |

The PRO 80P is a high speed spherical lens polisher for workpieces up to 80 mm in diameter. PRO 80 UFF
The PRO 80 UFF utilizes OptiPro's patented sub-aperture polishing system called UltraForm Finishing (UFF). The PRO 80 UFF can UltraForm Finish planos, spheres, and aspheres from 10-80 mm in diameter, with freeform fabrication as an optional add-on. With bound and loose abrasives, the PRO 80 UFF can polish a wide range of materials, including optical glasses, optical ceramics, and stainless steel injection mold inserts. |

PRO Tower
The PRO Tower vertical interferometer is capable of measuring the wavefront and radius of optics that are up to 300 mm in diameter. It has a motorized stage with 1,000 mm of travel and is available with a CGH for asphere metrology. This robust platform is great for either fast in-process metrology or final metrology. |

eSX 150
OptiPro's eSX 150 optical machining centers have 5 controllable axes: X,Y,Z, B & C with up to 5 axes of simultaneous movement. The powerful Fagor 8070 CNC with user-friendly set up and run programs make the eSX 150 an excellent choice for prototype to production manufacturing of precision optics. Additional features include automatic tool and work piece probes, twin spindles, automatic tool changers, mist removal, and more. |

The powerful Fagor 8070 CNC with user-friendly set up and run programs make the eSX 400 an excellent choice for prototype to production manufacturing of precision optics up to 450 mm, depending on geometry. This machine is also ideal for generating 1/2 meter class optics, large spheres and aspheres as well as parabolic mirrors. The SXL 500 developed by OptiPro Systems is a 5-Axis CNC controlled bridge style optical grinding platform.
