OptiPro Systems, located in the greater Rochester (NY) area, has more than 25 years experience developing and manufacturing precision optical fabrication machines and metrology systems. We control all phases of production at our modern facility for the Optoelectronics, Medical, Military, Automotive, and Aerospace industries.

In 2008, the Optical Society of America awarded OptiPro Systems the Paul F. Forman Engineering Excellence Award for "work revolutionizing the process of optical fabrication by producing the first affordable CNC machine designed for the optics industry."

OptiPro's Advanced Process Development (APD) department focuses on fabrication solutions for precision optics. These solutions are designed to yield parts that can be manufactured from a variety of commercially available materials including optical glasses, ceramics, crystals, and alloys. Part diameters range from a millimeter up to one meter for flats, spheres, aspheres, and conformal shapes.

In addition, OptiPro offers a wide variety of services including machine certification, calibration, trouble shooting, field service repair, and preventative maintenance by our team of highly experienced technicians. OptiPro offers a large variety of machine parts for same day and next day deliveries. The computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines that we provide to our customers reflect our extensive experience in development of precision systems and custom driven solutions. OptiPro is also a leader in CNC software training, providing first class courses of all levels of Mastercam, the most widely used CAD/CAM software in the world.
