NYS Thruway From West (Buffalo area):
- From the Thruway, take Exit 47 – Leroy, to Rt. 490 East
- Proceed on 490 East, through the City of Rochester, to Rt. 590 North
- From 590 North, take Rt. 104 East (exit is immediately after 104 West)
- Continue East on 104, across long bridge over Irondequoit Bay
- After approximately 7 miles, you will pass traffic lights for:
- Salt Road
- Basket Road
- County Line Road
- After County Line Road, take a Left at next light, which is Dean Parkway
- OptiPro Systems is on the right, approximately ¼ mile down Dean Parkway
NYS Thruway From East (Syracuse area):
Method 1 – Simplest (all highway):
- From the Thruway, take Exit 45 – Rochester, to Interstate 490 West
- Proceed on 490 West, towards Rochester, to Route 590 North
- From 590 North, take Rt. 104 East (exit is immediately after 104 West)
- Continue East on 104, across long bridge over Irondequoit Bay
- After approximately 7 miles, you will pass traffic lights for:
- Salt Road
- Basket Road
- County Line Road
- After County Line Road, take a Left at next light, which is Dean Parkway
- OptiPro Systems is on the right, approximately ¼ mile down Dean Parkway
Method 2 – Shortest (through small towns):
- From the Thruway, take Exit 43 – Manchester, Palmyra, to Rt. 21 North
- North on Rt. 21, you will intersect with Rt. 31 for a short way through Palmyra,
before it turns back to Rt. 21
- From Rt. 21, find Rt. 104 West in Williamson
- Proceed on Rt. 104 West for approximately 10 miles, go past traffic lights for:
- Lakeside Road
- Lincoln Road
- After Lincoln Road, take a Right at next light, which is Dean Parkway
- OptiPro Systems is on the right, approximately ¼ mile down Dean Parkway
From Greater Rochester International Airport:
- From the airport, take a Right onto Brooks Avenue
- Proceed ¼ mile to Rt. 390 South
- Follow Rt. 39 South to Rt. 590 North
- From 590 North, take Rt. 104 East (exit is immediately after 104 West)
- Continue East on 104, across long bridge over Irondequoit Bay
- After approximately 7 miles, you will pass traffic lights for:
